What kind of homes do you buy?
We buy pretty houses, ugly houses, and anything in between. Any condition from move-in ready to falling down. Any price range too. We also buy farms, vacant land, homes with acreage, multi-family, and commercial.
What do you mean by any condition and price range?
We buy homes as-is with no contingencies or repairs to be made. You can even take what you want and leave the rest. Skip the inspections, agents, funding requirements, appraisals and added costs.

What if I am behind on my payments or in default?
Yes, we can buy your home and stop your foreclosure. In some situations, we can even buy if you owe more than your house is worth!

What do you mean any situation?
We work with all types of situations including estates, foreclosures, short sales, split ownership, divorces, out of town or out of state owners, deferred maintenance and perfectly normal sales too.
How long does it take?
We will return your call in less than one day. We will view the property and at that point, we can settle in as little as 7 days.

What if I have a tenant in the property?
We take care of that too! If you have an existing tenant we can buy it as-is, with the tenant and you don't have to do a thing. We'll take care of any extra paperwork and transition it like it was never even sold. Often times we can even leave them in the property until they are ready to leave or provide them with a home to transition into.

What if I need some time to move or get my things out?
That's okay too! We will just do agreements now and settle when you want. We can even settle up front and give you however long you need to get your things out. For example, if you are buying another house you may want to stay an extra 30 days after selling to move into your new home. We will work with you to accomplish your goals.
