Maintenance Associate

In this full-time role, you will be the face of the maintenance department for all residents. When a customer thinks about their home condition or a maintenance issue, they will think about the experience, service, and solution you provide them.

As a Stonegate Maintenance Associate, you represent the company with any service issue a resident might have in their home or at the property. You will be responsible for providing top quality housing through preventative maintenance, efficient and effective solutions to current issues, and thorough turnovers for incoming residents. You will be able to bring your knowledge in the trades and residential maintenance to excel and grow in your new role.

What This Position Includes

Must be able to pick up and move up to 80 pounds
-
Work with contractors, suppliers, and personal hands-on work to accomplish efficient, cost-effective turnovers resulting in units in tip-top condition for new residents

Perform maintenance on properties and in units

Provide an amazing customer service experience to residents with issues through top level communication, and fast and friendly service

Accurately troubleshoot, think through potential causes and provide effective repairs or solutions for all service issues to be able to provide one-stop services for residents

Follow a system to manage schedules, contractors, services and communications effectively. Organization and attention to detail is a must.

Order, pick up, deliver, return and manage materials for all jobs and services

40-hour schedule, 7:00AM-3:30PM M-F, emergency service on-call for designated weekends and on-call for snow cleanup, time is adjusted from weekly hours

Perform in-home inspections as needed
